As a new company I was skeptical. I decided to try it because a change in vitamins and supplements was necessary. I’ve been using the restore, calm and energy, and I’ve noticed a difference. I’ve been drinking the energy while playing tennis, and I’ve got more energy and more focus. I’m just finishing up my first month and I’m now starting to feel the effects. I’ve been trying to cut out sugar for forever and I always end up going back to it. I get to about day three and feel like I have to eat sugar. I’m on day seven of no sugar and have had ZERO cravings. My blood sugar feels like it’s stabilizing and I’m feeling fuller after eating smaller meals. The anti-inflammatory effects are wild too. It’s easy to swallow two capsules at a time. I got this to help with my blood sugar and it has! I no longer feel dizzy and nauseous if I don’t eat breakfast right away and my sugar cravings are much less intense. That said, I’m surprised by the weight loss comments. I haven’t lost any weight at all (granted I haven’t been trying) and it certainly hasn’t suppressed by appetite at all. While I don’t necessarily get moody and crave sugar, I still get hungry and still indulge in late night snacking. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase, because it’s helped me with what I needed help with, but I just want to manage expectations so people don’t get disappointed to learn that it’s not magic and pounds don’t simply disappear because you’re taking this.

I am pleasantly surprised. In just a short two weeks my what once pre diabetes numbers have completely stabilized in normal readings. I am beyond thrilled. I have tired other brands and nothing. Now my husband who has high numbers since january Jan.

Good product. It took a little while for my body to adapt and I was surprised how well my blood sugar numbers were. I didnt drop any weight to start and it didnt act as the "ozempic" that some hailed it, but I may just have reacted differently. However I did notice that I didnt have as much stomach bloat and my body reacted positively to the Berberine. I woukd definitely try again or a different product from the Absorption Co. It was my first time out with them.

Wow! It seriously works! I’ve been taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, followed by a protein shake and then my workout. As long I get my protein in and a good hearty meal that doesn’t spike my blood sugar levels, I stay full for hours and I don’t even think about food. My portions have gotten a lot smaller as well. I was a bit skeptical about this but figured I’d give it a try for a month. Well, 3 days in and I was completely obsessed. I feel fuller longer, but the best benefit is my sugar craving are almost non-existent. I found myself not being able to finish meals I’d normally eat with no problem. So far, so good. I understand the longer you take this, the more effects you'll see however I am noticing a reduction in sugar cravings already. I used to want to reach for something sweet after dinner each night, and after starting these I have not had that urge.

This is the best magnesium supplement that I have ever taken! I suffer from RLS and have for most of my life. I dont just have it at night when im trying to relax so it's very hard to take certain medications during the day that dont make me sleepy. Listen, I am also one of those people that doesn’t write reviews. I had to stop what I was doing and write one for this product. I’ve had a migraine for days now that would not go away. I’m not one to immediately reach for medicine, but it was so bad I took one ibuprofen. When that did nothing, I took two the following day. Still no improvement. No amount of food, water, electrolytes, or supplements would help. I tried Restore for the first time when I received it in the mail on day 3 of this migraine. Within 30 minutes, the migraine WAS GONE, I KID YOU NOT. I have no incentive to write this; it’s just the truth. I immediately bought 6 more supplements from this company to try them. I’ve been having so many health issues that doctors cannot explain. You know how it is—labs look “fine” but you feel horrible and just plain off no matter how much of a stickler you are with your healthy routine. Love this product along with the magnesium glycinate by The Absorption Company. Both of these products have helped me so much. I suffer with pain from fibromyalgia and muscle pain from my back being broke in 4 places for 5 months before finding out they were broken. The hospital did an MRI with no contrast and an x-ray and couldn’t find anything wrong. A couple of doctors just did x-rays but couldn’t figure out why I felt a couple of pops in my back and then couldn’t walk very well and being in extreme pain. It took 5 months before I was able to be seen by a spinal surgeon. After doing a MRI with contrast which was something I had asked for when in the hospital but they would not one with contrast. In the 5 months time it took to find out I had broken my back in 4 places just walking up a few steps my back had healed at an angle. Since it would cause me more problems to have surgery to fix my back and was advised not to. I suffer with muscle pain on both sides of my lower back because one side of my lower back muscles are compensating for the other side and it causes extreme pain in my lower back all the time and I have to be treated by pain management so far for 7 years on muscle relaxers, pain medication and Lyrica so I can have some help dealing with the pain. They do not get rid of the pain but they do help. Thankfully adding both the Vitamin D3 + K2 and magnesium glycinate I do feel a little more relief in my back pain but also in pain I have in my neck and shoulders than I was before I started taking them. So thankful I tried them.

I always look for vitamins and nutrients where the body can absorb naturally and fully benefit and i love this vitamin D3 product.

In case you didn’t know that you should always take Vitamin D with K2 to make sure the calcium goes into your bones and not your arteries, it is included. In case you didn’t know that Vitamin should be taken with fat, it is included. They do rigorous third-party testing for contaminants and quality. I love this company so much.

I have been taking vitamin D3 as ordered by my doctor for approximately 3 years. My levels never increased despite taking it daily. I found out that the reason it's not being absorbed is because it didn't have the K2. This formula does. I wish I would have found it a long time ago and saved myself some time and money.

I highly recommend this product for anyone that has low vitamin D. After my most recent blood test provided by my doctor, my vitamin D level doubled from a 29 ng/mL to 62 ng/mL in a month from using this product. I had been using another vitamin D supplement of 10,000 IU + k at the time of my previous blood test provided. Absorption really and truly allows your body to absorb the product and not throw money out the window.

I was very skeptical at first. I have tried all of the "all natural" remedies and once I hit perimenopause, I was certain all hope was lost for me. I am in Week 4 and I can really tell a difference. My face isnt bloated, swelling down in my legs and feet, my skin appears clearer and fresh, I sleep better at night. I had already changed my diet prior to this, and I work out about 4 days a week, so this was just the icing on the cake! YUM! lol I am glad I jumped in and took the chance. I have not lost any additional weight, but I am maintaining where I started which is huge for me, for someone's who weight fluctuates pretty badly right now and depression was at an all time low. Honestly I recommend this to everyone. I know things work differently for everyone but as someone with anxiety that really truly feels the calming effects from this, I can’t imagine at least not giving it a try. Started taking for anti-inflammatory properties after being diagnosed with endometriosis. After 3 weeks of consistent use I feel a drastic difference in inflammation.

This curcumin is amazing. I saw a significant difference right away with stiffness and achy joints. I take it with your magnesium in the evenings and I wake up feeling rested and my joints don’t feel achy or stiff. I’ve tried other curcumin brands in the past and it does not compared to this one. I have been taking Melatonin for about 20 years, but wanted to try Sleep. It is helping me just as well as Melatonin, and my husband says I seem to be sleeping more soundly overall. I usually struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep, even when I’m tired. I've tried countless sleep supps and I've done many of my own combos. So far I think it is working in regards to hunger control. Just started taking.

The first two weeks I forgot that the point of WLP1 and Berberine was mainly to control appetite among a few other things, and I didn’t realize how efficient that would be. It took me a minute to make the link, but basically would feel full to my throat after my lunch and up to bed time, and after a week, I realized I need to reduce my portions. I also felt no cravings after taking it as instructed, 30min before breakfast on an empty stomach. My coffee latte holds me up to almost noon without particular cravings. I did not notice any effect on weight directly yet, but the company does advise waiting 3 months for significant results. Two things that I would adjust: the first package came with WLP1 vacuum sealed, and the seal compressed the capsules too much and some of them unfortunately popped. The other thing is that on automatic shipping, this month’s supplies arrived a week after I was out of the previous so I had to interrupt my intake. Otherwise great brand :) thanks Ian and Nikki

I did not want to use GLP-1's because of the side affects and I really need to lose weight. I was a bit skeptical at first and put it off, but finally ordered it. It's been almost 6 weeks and I'm down 8lbs! I already take a berberine supplement in a patch form, and I think that helps. If I wasn't have good luck with the patch, I'd set the WLP-1/Berberine bundle.

This is amazing!!! The food noise has quieted down and I don’t have the mindless eating habits. I work from home so it’s easy to want to go grab a snack and eat but I don’t even have a thought to do that. Game changer for sure!!! Also to note- I do eat pretty healthy and nutritious foods and I work out 5 days a week strength training.

I have not yet experienced any weight loss, but I will say that my snacking and cravings have definitely decreased

The best! I love that this stack exists because they really are my favorite. With my new lifestyle routine, I take my Restore after working out and Calm during the day if I have too much work making me feel uneasy. I love that these don't have regular sugar because I drink them way too often haha. I do recommend mixing with more water than what's recommended (enjoy longer, and less intense taste).

I have noticed an improvement in my general energy when I take Restore in the morning. I am more hydrated. Calm does seem to help take the edge off my anxiety, and I usually take it in the afternoon.

If the flavor is too intense, I just add a little more water. I appreciate the packets because I can take them to work with me. The flavors SOOOO GOOD! I love that there is no midday crash like you normally get from an energy drink or even coffee. It keeps me going through my 12 hour work days!

I love the energy from absorption company. I wake up at 4:30am to head to the gym and my husband works in construction and is also up early. We decided to try this in lieu of a different product we had been using with mostly proprietary blends. I like how I know how much of each ingredient we are actually getting. Zero jitters, my energy lasts and my mind has been clear. I would def recommend this, I haven’t tried the other products but am looking forward to it now.

I have noticed massive differences in my body since using these products. I have a shoulder injury, that has less mobility in it, since talking these vitamins I have less pain and stiffness.
