LESS GUESSWORK. MORE UNDERSTANDING.
A new chapter.
A more considered routine.
Shopping for perimenopause supplements can feel like another full-time job. There are long ingredient lists, big promises and a lot of information to sort through. You deserve a clearer explanation of the support you’re considering.
Our Hormone + Metabolism Stack brings together Berberine, Relax and Vitamin D3+K2. Each has a distinct role in the bundle. Here, you can look inside those formulas, understand their everyday support focus, and review the questions that matter before adding them to your routine.
Perimenopause is the transition leading up to menopause. Experiences vary, and changes in periods, sleep or mood deserve individual attention. Supplements can support an appropriate wellness routine; they cannot identify the cause of symptoms or replace medical care.1

THREE FORMULAS. ONE STACK.
Hormone +
Metabolism Stack.
Metabolic support. Occasional stress support. Nutritional foundations. This bundle puts three formulas together so you can explore a more considered approach to everyday wellness.*
Read the ingredients and directions for each formula as part of the whole stack. Your existing supplements, medications and health history matter when deciding whether the bundle fits your needs.

01 / METABOLIC SUPPORTBerberineCapsules · Metabolic support*+
- Format
- Capsules
- Formula focus
- Berberine
- General support
- Healthy metabolism and blood sugar already within a normal range.*
Read the labeled serving and directions for this formula. Ask your clinician about medication interactions, especially with products that affect blood sugar.
Berberine is the metabolic-support formula in the stack. It is offered to support healthy metabolism and blood sugar already within a normal range.* That is its general support focus, not a diagnosis of what is happening in your body during perimenopause.
If changes in appetite, energy or weight brought you here, bring those observations to a healthcare professional rather than assuming they identify a blood sugar issue. A supplement cannot establish the cause of a change.
Before using the stack, review Berberine’s complete label, directions and medication considerations. This is especially important when you use medication affecting blood sugar. Ask your clinician or pharmacist to review the actual formula with you.
02 / EVERYDAY CALMRelaxDrink mix · Occasional stress support*+
- Format
- Powder drink mix
- Ingredients to know
- Ashwagandha + L-theanine; review the full blend on the label.
- General support
- Occasional stress, relaxation and everyday calm.*
Check the full botanical formula and your current medications. The inclusion of Relax does not mean another sleep or stress supplement should be added to the stack.
Relax brings ashwagandha and L-theanine into the bundle’s occasional stress-support formula.* Think of it as one part of a thoughtful daily routine, alongside space to pause and habits that make your day feel more manageable.
Feeling stretched, restless or unlike yourself does not tell you what your cortisol level is. Persistent mood or sleep concerns deserve individual attention, even when you are also exploring everyday wellness support.
Botanical ingredients need the same careful review as any other supplement. Ashwagandha is not appropriate for everyone, including during pregnancy, and needs particular caution with thyroid or autoimmune conditions. Review the full label and your medications before use.4
03 / NUTRITIONAL FOUNDATIONSVitamin D3+K2Capsules · Bone and immune support*+
- Format
- Capsules
- Ingredients to know
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) + vitamin K2 (MK-7).
- General support
- Bone health, calcium absorption and immune support.*
Review the amount of vitamin D in your existing products, and check suitability with your clinician. Vitamin K needs particular attention if you take warfarin.
Vitamin D3+K2 is the nutritional foundation in the stack, offered for bone and immune support.* Vitamin D supports calcium absorption and bone health. Whether supplementation is useful depends on your intake and individual health context.3
Before adding the bundle, check any multivitamin or standalone vitamin D product you already use. A familiar nutrient can appear in several places on your shelf, so review the total amount rather than considering each bottle in isolation.
Vitamin K can interact with warfarin. If you take it, ask your clinician about this formula before making a change. A product page cannot determine the amount you need or whether you have a deficiency.
These three formulas are already in the bundle.
Each contributes a different support focus to the Hormone + Metabolism Stack. Read their labels together so you understand the complete bundle, including serving sizes, ingredients and directions. You don’t need to build a separate shopping list from the components shown here.
Before purchasing, check the current product page for the full labels, available purchase options and terms. If you already use one of the included formulas, review that overlap before adding the stack to your routine.

A BETTER WAY TO READ THE SHELF
What makes a supplement
worth considering?
Start with the right questions.
A clear reason.
Before comparing bottles, finish this sentence: “I’m considering this because…” A specific goal makes it easier to understand how the stack’s support focus relates to what you are considering. “Everything feels different” is a real experience, but it isn’t a clear shopping brief.
If several things have changed at once, write them down for your healthcare provider. You don’t need to turn every concern into a product in your cart.
A label you can understand.
Read the serving size, ingredient forms and amounts. Check the full formula, including ingredients that may already appear in another product you use. A long ingredient list is not automatically more useful than a focused one.
Read each formula’s Supplement Facts alongside your current products. Check serving sizes and ingredient amounts together. The goal is to understand the whole routine you are considering, not simply the front of the package.
Evidence in context.
Ask what was studied: an individual ingredient, a specific delivery system, or the finished formula. Research on one ingredient does not prove that a combination treats perimenopause. An absorption study and a symptom study answer different questions.
Look for a clear explanation of the comparison behind a claim. A larger absorption number does not automatically mean a larger benefit for every person or every goal.
A LITTLE LABEL LITERACY
Absorption matters.
Context does, too.
The form of an ingredient and the way it is delivered are part of the formula. The formulas within this stack use different approaches to formulation and delivery. Explore the information for each formula rather than assuming they all work the same way.
When comparing perimenopause vitamins or supplements, keep three questions together: What is in it? How is it formulated? Does the evidence address the goal I actually have?
TAP A QUESTION TO LOOK CLOSER
What does “bioavailability” mean?+
Bioavailability describes how much of a substance reaches the body’s circulation in a usable form. It helps explain delivery, but it does not, by itself, establish that a product improves perimenopause symptoms.
Is more always better?+
No. Compare the labeled serving, your food intake and other supplements. Increasing an amount or combining products can create unnecessary overlap. Follow directions and ask a clinician about your individual needs.
What should I review first?+
Start with the serving size, ingredient forms and purpose of each formula in the bundle. Then look at relevant research and practical fit. Check your existing products for overlap, and review how the labeled directions would fit into your day.
SUPPORT THAT FITS THE BIGGER PICTURE
Your routine is bigger
than your supplements.
Give everyday foundations some space alongside product research: regular meals, movement you can maintain, and an evening routine that makes rest a priority. These are worth considering even if you never add another supplement.
Keep notes on what is bothering you, when it happens, and how much it affects your day. Bring that record to an appointment. Persistent sleep disruption, hot flashes, changes in bleeding or mood concerns deserve a conversation about appropriate care. You do not have to figure it all out in a shopping guide.1
A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Your questions, answered.
What are the best supplements for perimenopause?+
There isn’t a universal best option. Your goal, diet, medical history, medications and current supplements all matter. This guide focuses on the Hormone + Metabolism Stack and explains its three formulas. Nutritional support and treatment for perimenopause symptoms are different decisions; ask your healthcare provider what is appropriate for your situation.
What is included in the Hormone + Metabolism Stack?+
The stack includes Berberine, Relax and Vitamin D3+K2. Berberine is offered for metabolic support, Relax for occasional stress support, and D3+K2 for bone and immune support.* They are separate formulas within one bundle, so review the ingredients, directions and warnings for each.
Is the stack hormone therapy?+
No. These are dietary supplements, not hormone therapy. The product name does not mean it replaces estrogen or progesterone, diagnoses a hormonal imbalance, or treats perimenopause. Discuss symptoms that affect your quality of life with a healthcare provider, including whether hormonal or nonhormonal treatment is appropriate.
Will the stack treat hot flashes or night sweats?+
The stack is not presented here as a treatment for hot flashes, night sweats or other perimenopause symptoms. If these are affecting you, ask your healthcare provider about evidence-based treatment options. Everyday wellness support can be considered within your broader care, without replacing that conversation.
Can I take the stack with medication or other supplements?+
Ask a pharmacist or clinician to review all three labels first. Berberine, botanical ingredients and vitamins can require medication-specific advice. Check for ingredients you already take, especially vitamin D. Vitamin K can interact with warfarin, and ashwagandha is not suitable for everyone.
How do I use the stack?+
Follow the current directions for each included product. Do not assume every formula has the same serving size or timing, and do not increase amounts based on an absorption claim. Bring the complete labels to your healthcare provider if you need help fitting the bundle into your existing routine.
How quickly should I expect to feel a difference?+
This guide cannot predict an individual timeline. Response depends on the reason for use, the formula and personal circumstances. Follow the labels, note any unwanted effects, and seek care for symptoms that continue or worsen. Avoid increasing the amount or adding more products just to chase a faster result.
Where can I see pricing and purchase options?+
The Hormone + Metabolism Stack product page has the current purchase options, pricing and availability. Review the full product information there before choosing an option, including any subscription terms shown. The shopping buttons throughout this guide all lead to that same stack.
